Consultation Call
During our consultation call, we’ll briefly discuss your reasons for seeking counseling, my therapy style, and determine if we are a good fit for each other. I’ll be able to answer any questions you have about therapy and the process.

What to expect from your first session and beyond
The first session is dedicated to gathering information and building trust. During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and your reasons for seeking counseling. We’ll also explore your family (chosen/blood) history and personal history. We will also discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. These goals will help guide future sessions and ensure you’re getting what you need from therapy.
Afterwards, we’ll determine the frequency of sessions based on your needs, availability, and resources. Subsequent sessions will usually start with a check-in and then continuing to work towards your goals in therapy.
