Sessions vary from person to person based on their own unique needs and goals. Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes. Generally, we’ll discuss the primary issues and concerns in your life. Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on the complexity of the issue or desire for personal growth. Sometimes you may be asked to practice skills, read a book, or listen to a podcast episode that is relevant to your goals in order to continue growth outside of therapy. For therapy to be most effective, it is important that you are an active participant in session and in between sessions.

What are my mental health benefits?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
